SERP Alert Pro Review

SEO’s a bitch. Don’t make it harder by wasting your time constantly checking your ranks.

SERP Alert Pro is a little app that sits in the background on your computer (Works on both Windows and Mac) and periodically checks your rank throughout the day.

At the time of this writing it hasn’t been released yet, but we’ll be sure to give you a full review of how it works – both the good and the bad – when it comes out on December 19th, 2011.

So far it’s sounding really great, but only time will tell us whether it’s worth buying or not.

Personally, I love the idea of installing a simple program, adding my domains, and having a notification pop up when I move up a rank.

Who Created SERP Alert Pro?

Paul Clifford, the Brit behind WSOs like Press Release Power,  ListLeverage, Penalty Recovery Method, LinkFinderPro, and LinkJuiceForce has teamed up with Andrew Lewin, an accomplished software developer, to create SERP Alert Pro.

Paul’s an experienced internet marketer, and after having a few conversations with him about this program and his business in general, I can tell you that he knows what he’s talking about when it comes to SEO.

He’s clearly got a lot of experience with getting high rankings and has been sharing some of his secrets with great applause.

Start looking at job sites and see who’s posting jobs for the services you provide – these guys are perfect targets for your sales pitch.

There’s a LOT more out there, but think of this as a brand new lead source. Look into the sites and see if you can come up with a unique method for contacting these people. I’ve got a few, and tomorrow I’ll share one with you.

I moved away from content creation for a while, well, free content anyway, while focusing on my CPA and software businesses. Well, now I’m back in the game and I want to see this blog buzzing with people commenting, reading, and learning some cool stuff.

I’ll mostly be talking about the things I have the most experience with (offline, email marketing, CPA) but I’ll occassionally have guest posters, interviews, and things like that to post to the blog.

Keep in mind that the main reason I’m doing this is to build my list – and to do that I need to post consistently solid content.

So, if there’s ever a topic you want to learn about, please let me know and if I have any experience with it to share, I’ll be happy to.

I’ve got to admit, I’m a bit of a Call of Duty junkie.

I love jumping online with 15 other players, and shooting each other in the face until we’re all yelling at the TV.

And yes, I’ll also admit that I’m one of those guys that yells at the TV when they’re playing.

But how can shooting terrorists that are trying to disrupt our way of life possibly help you with your business to business lead generation?

There are at least three ways.

1. Always grab the biggest gun.

When it comes to business to business lead generation, you always want the biggest gun. After all, if one player has a pistol, and the other has a 300-rounds a second machine gun, who do you think will come out the winner?

But in our case, what is the biggest gun?

You want to find the gun that’s going to give you more leads than your competitors. After all, if you’ve got 300 good leads you can call and make the sale with 50% of the time,  you’re a king compared to Joe Schmoe down the street who only has 10.

It’s not so much a quality or quantity thing, it’s quality AND quantity.

This is where sales lead software comes in.

By automating your lead finding, you’re not going to be spending multiple hours every week flipping through the phone book and searching out companies online.

2. Don’t backstab your clients.

The quickest way to see a drop in client acquisition is to start talking bad about other clients with your new ones. I’ve seen more than one colleague go down this path. I realize that as a sales person, it’s easy to start shooting the shit with your clients… but be careful that you’re not talking bad about past clients.

Think about it this way…

If you go into a store and start talking with the staff and they start talking about all the stupid people that come in all day, aren’t you going to think, “Uh, I’m one of those people too…”.

I think you can see where I’m going with this…

3. Recharge the controller’s batteries

This goes against all logic, but bare with me…

Chill out.

Stop spending so much time stressing over how many leads are coming in this month. It’s well known that the more you worry about something (not having leads) the more likely it is to happen. You can get into all sorts of thought lines from there, but as a student of how the mind works, you can see it all over.

The mind will do it’s absolute best to make something happen for you if you consider it important. It will influence your every move and make sure that you get what’s coming to you.

So stop worrying so much about not having leads. They’re coming, you just need to relax and let them come to you.

Article spinning can easily be one of the most profitable tasks you can use for your internet marketing.

By taking a single article and changing just a few words using spintax, you’ll have a completely unique article on hand to submit to more article directories.

Here’s how spintax works.

{This is the first version of the sentence|This is the {second|2nd} version of the sentence|This is a third one}

When the spinner runs through this text it’ll randomly choose one set inside of the brackets. As you can see, each set is separated by a vertical line (above the Enter key on US keyboards). And, unlike many spinners, this one can go as many levels deep as you have in your text, so you can next spins inside of spins without any trouble.

Once you’ve finished spinning your articles all you’ll need to do is check out the folder you selected in the program and there you’ll find text files, each holding one unique version of your article.
